Rotation-resistant design. The structure offsets the rotational torque by designing the opposite twist direction of the inner and outer rope strands, so that it can effectively prevent the load from spinning under the condition of single-rope lifting without a guide device, ensuring the safety and accuracy of the operation.
It is composed of 24 round strands (12 strands are evenly arranged in the outer layer, and 8 strands of thick and thin strands are staggered in the second layer), and each strand adopts a 1×7 structure (a layer of 6 steel wires is twisted outside the center wire). This design enhances the support between strands, reduces internal friction, and improves the ability to resist extrusion.
We do OEM work for Korea brand Youngwire and DSR. Produce wire strands for European brand Gustav wolf and Pheifer.
